1. Our Office and Contact
The Mediation Office provides expert dispute resolution across the UK. Our main office is located The Business Centre, Pierpoint Street  Worcester WR1. While we are based in Worcester, we support clients nationwide. Please reach out to us via our contact page for any enquiries.

2. High-Quality Mediation
We facilitate family and civil mediation, covering separation, child arrangements, and financial splits, alongside civil issues like employment or neighbour disputes. Our role is to help you reach a voluntary agreement through calm, neutral dialogue. We provide a path to resolution but do not offer legal advice or court judgments.

3. Booking and Costs
We believe in transparent pricing. Most sessions are billed per person, per hour. To secure your mediator and session venue, payment is required at the time of your booking. We also offer fixed-price options for specific help with legal documentation, ensuring you have clarity on costs from the very beginning of the process.

4. Your Confidentiality
Your privacy is essential. Discussions held in mediation remain confidential. We will not disclose details to third parties without your consent, except in rare situations required by law, such as safeguarding concerns for children or adults, or the prevention of crime.

5. Leading Standards
Our practice is managed by certified professionals who adhere strictly to mediation ethics and codes of conduct. We ensure every process is neutral, impartial, and aligned with current legal standards to give you complete peace of mind.

7. Cancellations
We kindly request at least 10 days’ notice for any cancellation. Upon receipt of this notice, we will happily reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
8. Complaints
Should you have any concerns, please reach out via our website contact form. We take all feedback seriously and aim to provide a formal written response within four weeks.
9. Training and Professional Standards
Our team consists exclusively of qualified lawyers and mediators who hold individual professional credentials and are registered with their respective governing bodies. Each member is thoroughly vetted, ensuring you receive assistance from a fully trained professional you can trust.
6. Legal Governance
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

Our Fees

We promote a straightforward and fair pricing model. To confirm your professional mediator and secure the meeting space, all payments must be settled at the point of booking.
Hourly Rates for Mediation
Family – Parenting Plans
£120–£150 per hour, per person. Designed for those creating shared care schedules and stable environments for children.
Family – Separation Terms
£120–£150 per hour, per person. Focuses on constructive communication and the logistics of relationship transitions.
Family – Asset Division
£120–£150 per hour, per person. Calm discussions regarding property, savings, and the fair splitting of pensions.
Civil – General Disputes
£120–£150 per hour, per person. Comprehensive support for debt claims, property boundaries, and non-family conflicts.
Workplace Resolution
£120–£150 per hour, per person. We also offer tailored half-day or full-day packages for corporate team resolutions.
Online Discount
Enjoy a 10% discount for all mediation sessions held via our secure digital video platforms.
Professional Documentation
Post-Mediation Paperwork
From £250.00. This includes drafting your summary of proposals or formal outcome statements.
Court Form Assistance
Set-fee packages from £1,000. Expert guidance for individuals filing official court paperwork after mediation.
Payment Terms
• Booking confirmation requires mandatory pre-payment.
• Time slots are only guaranteed once funds are received.
• All clients receive professional electronic invoices /
• Bulk invoicing options are available for corporate partners.
Cancellations
